The Giveaway takes place only through the original giveaway post on Null Terminál’s official Facebook Page.

02Giveaway period

• Starts: 9 October 2026 at 07:00
• Closes: 15 November 2026 at 24:00 (i.e., 16 November 2026 at 00:00)
• Draw: 16 November 2026 at 18:00
• Winner announcement: 16 November 2026, following the draw

All times are local time in Hungary. Comments submitted before the opening time or at or after the closing time do not qualify.

03Eligibility and entry

Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who reside in Hungary and use their own authentic Facebook account. During the Giveaway period they must (1) like the original Facebook giveaway post and (2) submit a valid comment beneath that same post. The comment should say which two friends they would most like to travel with. Tagging the friends’ profiles is optional. Following the Page or sharing the post is not required and provides no additional chances of winning.

Only one entry per participant will be included, regardless of the number of comments. Entry is free and does not require any purchase or parking booking. Staff directly involved in running the Giveaway and their close relatives are ineligible.

By entering, participants acknowledge these Official Rules.

04Prizes and redemption

First prize

One four-piece suitcase set worth HUF 45,000 gross, as shown in the official giveaway video.

Second and third prizes

Each winner receives one complimentary outdoor parking stay of up to 30 consecutive calendar days at Null Terminál Airport Parking, with a stated gross value of HUF 25,390 per prize. This applies to one passenger car and includes the ordinary round-trip airport shuttle service.

The 30-day period is a maximum, not a redeemable balance. Unused days cannot be saved or claimed later, and the prize is not redeemable for cash. Parking beyond 30 days, premium/indoor parking and separately priced extras are excluded. Advance booking and the Organizer’s confirmation are required; the Organizer will provide reasonable booking opportunities within the redemption period, subject to capacity.

Redemption deadline: 31.12.2027. The Null Terminál Terms and Conditions apply unless they conflict with these Rules.

Total gross stated prize value: HUF 95,780. The parking prize is a complimentary service entitlement, not a cash-value voucher. Transfer of a prize requires the Organizer’s prior written consent.

05Draw and verification

At 18:00 on 16 November 2026, the Organizer will randomly draw winners from commenters on the original Facebook post using Woobox Facebook Comment Picker. Multiple comments by the same participant count as one entry at most. Prizes are awarded in drawn order: first, second, and third prize. A participant may win only once.

The Organizer will verify whether each selected person satisfied the comment and post-like requirements. Likes are checked only insofar as Facebook actually makes reliable data available. If likes cannot be reliably verified for all relevant entrants, the Organizer must establish and document one consistent and transparent approach before conducting the draw; entrants will not be arbitrarily excluded.

An alternate winner may be drawn for invalid entries, ineligibility, or declined prizes. The Organizer will retain a record of the draw time, settings, results and verification.

06Winner announcement and delivery

Winners will be announced in a post on Null Terminál’s official Facebook Page on 16 November 2026 after the draw, displaying only the profile information reasonably needed to identify them. Winners must contact the Page by private message or email info@nullterminal.hu within five calendar days of the announcement. If no response arrives, an alternate winner may be drawn.

Method of suitcase delivery: in-person collection or delivery. In-person collection may be arranged at 2225 Üllő, Pesti út 207. Parking prizes require advance booking and confirmation. The Organizer will never request card details, Facebook passwords or release fees to claim a prize.

07Personal data and privacy

The data controller is S&M Parking Kft. (4300 Nyírbátor, Zrínyi utca 14., 3rd floor, door 8, Hungary; info@nullterminal.hu). Data processed may include a Facebook display name/profile identifier, the comment, accessible reaction data, entry timing, and the winners’ contact, delivery or booking details.

The purposes are managing entries, drawing and verifying winners, notifying them, delivering prizes and meeting legal obligations. Legitimate interests under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) may be relied on for entry processing subject to a documented balancing assessment; Art. 6(1)(b) may apply to prize/service performance and Art. 6(1)(c) to legal obligations. Final legal bases must be documented in the privacy notice.

Separately recorded data of non-winners will generally be retained for no more than 90 days after announcement and complaint resolution unless a legal obligation or claim requires longer. Winners’ details are retained for the necessary performance and statutory retention periods. The roles of Facebook/Meta and Woobox, and any international transfers, must be clarified in the updated privacy notice.

Subject to GDPR conditions, participants may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing and lodge a complaint with Hungary’s data protection authority (NAIH). Entry does not constitute a newsletter subscription. See the Privacy Notice.

08Disqualification, liability and complaints

The Organizer may disqualify participants using fake or automated accounts, manipulating the draw or materially breaching these Rules, based on documented reasons. Failure to tag friends, share the post or follow the Page is not a reason for disqualification.

In the event of a technical problem affecting Facebook or Woobox, the Organizer will take appropriate steps to preserve fairness and lawful operation and will announce material changes publicly. Participants must not be unfairly disadvantaged by arbitrary retrospective changes. Any taxes or levies associated with the prizes will be handled as required by applicable law.

09Meta / Facebook disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or Facebook. The Organizer alone is responsible for it. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Meta from claims arising from the Giveaway; this does not waive any non-excludable statutory rights.

Participation is voluntary. These Rules are made available on the Organizer’s website throughout the Giveaway.
